Fractional ownership, built for people who drive.
A sector dedicated to shared ownership of collectible and performance vehicles, combining real usage rights with a liquid, transparent market for shares.
Supercar Vault — the end of an era, the dawn of a new legacy.
Stringent regulation (EU 2035+) has capped the development of the internal combustion engine. Its future is no longer transportation, but preservation, experience and celebration — creating a genuine problem for owners: how do you manage these incredible, now purely experiential machines? Supercar Vault is the answer: the world's first tech-enabled supercar ownership and experience platform, turning a sunk cost into a shared, transparent, tradeable asset.
Driving a supercar is a battle between heart and brain.
Four problems, one underlying cause.
The Driving Paradox
Why buy a car that spends 95% of its time in a garage? Why rent one where every kilometre is paid at a premium?
The Trust Deficit
Cars, owned or purchased, often come with surprises and hidden fees — a market built on limited transparency.
The Experience
Getting the key and turning the engine isn't enough on its own to make memorable memories.
The Investment
Cars are illiquid assets. Buy one and you lose money the moment you drive it — sell it and you lose more, or pay a premium for the next one.
A single platform that solves all four problems.
Fractional Ownership & Rental: members purchase a defined share — e.g. 1/8th — of a specific vehicle, with guaranteed usage days and access to the wider fleet, subject to an internal exchange system.
Asset Management: a proprietary marketplace lets owners buy and sell their shares to other vetted members — a share is a tradeable asset, not a locked-in commitment.
Curated Experiences: expert-led tours through Europe's most stunning landscapes, networking with a global group of enthusiasts.
Radical Transparency: a blockchain-verified, immutable history for every car — the Vault Provenance Dossier — turning trust into a technical guarantee rather than a promise.
The Vault OS.
Four connected systems built to remove every point of friction in shared ownership.
The Vault Scan
AI-powered inspection documents vehicle condition before and after every use with computer vision, eliminating damage disputes entirely.
The Vault App
Digital keys, booking and share-trading, all in one place — the central hub for a member's entire journey.
Blockchain Ledger
An immutable, tamper-proof record of every service, repair and owner, creating a "Vault-Verified" asset that commands a premium.
IoT Fleet Monitoring
Real-time tracking of mileage, fuel and vehicle health for automated billing and predictive maintenance.
Why the Vault beats rental for driving tours.
Reinvested, Not Wasted
Rental fees are the biggest expense in driving tours, with revenue leaving the business. With the Vault, that revenue stays inside the ecosystem.
Built-In Value, Not Built-In Fees
Traditional rental companies profit from minor damage. PPF protection and durable wheels dramatically reduce the driver's risk of costly claims.
It's About the People
Drivers are more engaged because they're part of a community, not a cash cow — creating better tours and longer-lasting value.
The value of the network.
Pre-Vetted Connections
A shared passion for cars is a powerful filter — members meet people of similar stature and interests.
Global Reach
Members from different continents form lasting personal and professional connections through the network.
Business Development
The tour environment is ideal for discussing deals without the pressure of a boardroom — the shared challenge builds genuine trust.
The "Alumni Effect"
Shared experience on the road creates a powerful alumni network, where members are predisposed to help each other.
A tiered tour structure, with technology built in.
Chapter events feed the flagship tours locally; 4-day small-group trips build intimacy; 7-day expeditions foster deeper bonds; and co-hosted events with luxury brands bring the community together with other aligned circles.
Every car in a tour carries a connected guide system, giving the tour leader a direct line to every participant for history, instructions and safety warnings — plus GPS geofencing that alerts the operations centre if a car deviates from the planned route.
"By focusing on community, Supercar Vault is selling something far more valuable than car ownership and rental: access and belonging."
The cars become the key that unlocks a new tier of social and professional circles — not a service members use, but a community they belong to and will fiercely protect and promote.
Expansion into automotive heritage investment.
A dual return: capital appreciation and managed-use revenue.
Investors are offered a dual return.
Potential capital appreciation of the underlying asset, and revenue generation from its managed, selective use. To cater to different risk tolerances and strategies, the fleet is organised into distinct, purpose-built "Vaults."
| Collection | Active — Modern & Recent Icons | Time Capsule — Pristine Cars From the Past | Heritage — Analog Legends |
|---|---|---|---|
| Objective | Rental and tour business core income stream | Pure capital appreciation | Capital appreciation & cultural value |
| Risk Profile | Medium | Low | Medium / Low |
| Value Driver | Market demand and commercial success; controlled usage provides revenue but adds wear. | Preserved through meticulous storage, market scarcity and zero depreciation from use — a "buy-and-hold" strategy. | Historical significance and nostalgia; usage is minimal and highly controlled. |
| Target Investor | The enthusiast who wants to drive their asset and see it generate income. | The pure collector seeking a stable return without the variables of usage. | The connoisseur who values history and curated driving experiences. |
The Vault owns the cars. The Tour Company operates them.
The Vault is the legal entity that owns the physical cars — investors purchase shares representing a fractional stake in a specific Vault's portfolio. A separate Tour Company pays a lease fee to the Vault, covering depreciation, maintenance, insurance and a profit margin; net profit is distributed quarterly to shareholders as a dividend, with the portfolio professionally appraised on a quarterly or bi-annual basis by independent classic car specialists.
Liquidity comes from the Vault Marketplace, a dedicated platform where shareholders list shares for sale. Its key innovation is the Vault Swap: a shareholder in the Active Collection who can't drive for two years can trade their share with a Time Capsule holder who now wants driving privileges — the platform calculates a fair exchange based on relative share value at the time of the trade.
Not a stock ticker — an emotional dividend.
Democratization
Access to a high-value, diversifying asset class previously out of reach for all but the ultra-wealthy.
Emotional Dividend
Tangible, experiential returns — the thrill of driving a legendary machine — rather than a line on a statement.
Liquidity
Solves the classic problem of car collecting. A share of a car sells faster and easier than the entire car.
Professional Management
Investors own the asset without any of the headaches — storage, maintenance, insurance, selling.
Setting the new standard.
Becoming the de facto standard for valuing and transacting iconic cars — leveraging blockchain not as a gimmick, but as a solution to the industry's core problem of trust.
The Authority
The most trusted source of truth for a supercar's history.
The Marketplace
The most efficient and secure place to buy and sell these assets.
The Innovator
